Products that we resell - The warranty period of the products that we resell depends on the manufacturer and may vary.
Products we manufacture - Our manufactured products are backed by a replacement warranty valid for 6 months from the delivery date. Please note that this warranty specifically covers the transmission device and excludes earpieces and other accessories. Additionally, please be aware that any physical damages incurred to the product, excluding damages during delivery, will void the warranty.
No, electronic earpiece along with any other accessories are not covered in warranty.

In order to have your spy products repaired after the warranty period, you will need to send the item to us using a courier service. Additionally, advance payment for the repair charges will be required. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the repairs and arrange for its shipment back to you.
